I stopped in to buy a new bike seat and bike lock. The young man that helped me was so kind and helpful. He put the new seat on my bike and adjusted the height for me and informed me that the seat comes with a 90 day return policy in case it wasn't as comfortable as I hoped it would be. That can't happen with Amazon. I like to support small local businesses like Stadium Bike because of the customer service!

I had a big problem with my Alante 9.9 and was scheduled to go on a seven day bike trip in northern Wisconsin. I drove 50 miles to the Wausau Trek Storeand got immediate service including a diagnostic check. I now feel confident that I can take the bike on the 300+ mile trip starting on Saturday.
