Purchased a Trek Domane AL5 and a Trek FX2 to replace a Trek Pilot 2.1 and a Trek 720. While I am enjoying the short rides on each new bike, I haven't been able to ride them long distance and rate them yet. But I am comfortable expecting they will ride great.
What I like about my dealings with Sheboygan Trek is that I dealt with Tyler on my initial purchase of the Pilot and 720, 30 years ago, and servicing of the Trek Pilot and Trek 720 over the last 30 years. It was a natural comfortable flow for me to purchase the Domane and the FX 2 from him this time also. His recommendations over the last 30 years have been spot on. So, after he and Tom recommended the Domane and FX 2, I gave Tyler a list of 13 accessories I wanted to be added/changed between both bikes. Between Tyler and Chris they assembled both bikes, so they are decked out with road pedals, campus pedals, racks and bags, etc. just as I envisioned them. They listened and gave me not only what I wanted, but, made recommendations I hadn't thought of. That's great customer service in my eyes, as a former banker. That's why I'll keep dealing with Sheboygan Trek and why I would recommend others do also.
