Chris and Tyler are great. They offer service with a smile and knowledge. They are patient, informative and very helpful. There is no pushy selling or upgrading. Prices are good too. I purchased an e-bike end of last year and brought it to Trek to get it ready to ride. They were kind enough to explain more of the gear / shifting process with me as well. Even helped me loaded it back into my vehicle. I won't go anywhere else!! Thanks guys.

When i came into store in March, i knew that i was going to purchase my second Trek Domane. I had originally purchased a Trek Domane 4 and knew that I was ready for an upgrade, and also knew that inflation had pushed pricing up significantly. I also knew that Domane 4 were no longer an option after doing considerable research, and that I would be purchasing a Domane SL5. I came into store during a relatively quiet time of day and Wyatt helped me. Wyatt was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and quite helpful. He helped me decide to go with the mountain bike style of shoe, a decision I wanted to make, but needed inside information and knowledgeable opinion. I placed a 50% down payment and a bike was ordered. I was quite happy with the time and attention that Wyatt provided me especially knowing that I was prepared to purchase and the process was more about a few details and not a time consuming education. After the bike was delivered, a fitting was scheduled with John and I came in excited to see the bike, and expecting to take it home. Unfortunately the seat post was too high and a shorter replacement seat post was ordered delaying the completed process. At this time, I may have expected more care from John or a bit of background check on my history since I have completed much of my maintenance and original purchase at the Wausau location. Perhaps I wanted to feel a bit special knowing I was going to be spending $4000 for a new bike, but I left disappointed. One never knows how busy a retail store is going to be and I am never going to be overly familiar with staff as I noticed several customers being to get attention of John while he was busy with me, but I was a bit disappointed none-the-less. I understand negative things happen and rather than put me on a bike that is uncomfortable or unsafe, we waited to complete fitting until appropriate part was in. The part came in a week later, a new fitting was scheduled, and John was efficient and decisive in completing the fitting. He did a thorough walk through of all the components and perhaps he noticed my disappointment, looked back at my history, or realized I was an experienced rider, but I was made to feel like I had all of his attention since we did schedule his time with me and I was not a walk in making demands. After the sale I wanted John to know that Wyatt had done a very nice job with originally and wanted to point him out specifically to John. I am very happy with the purchase, the fitting, the explanation of components and of course the bike. John had explained that there would be this survey coming out after my purchase and this would be an opportunity to highlight Wyatt's service and attention. Appreciate John's focus, attention to detail, education and thorough explanations. Thank you for the Trek Domane SL5, I am excited to get over 2000 miles on by Labor Day weekend.
