M&M is always very friendly and helpful. I never feel like they are trying to up sell me but rather guide me to a perfect selection! We have shopped there multiple times and reached out during the recent coronavirus lockdown. We did most of the shopping over the phone. When we got there to pick up the bikes, they were very conscientious of how they handled customers. They brought the bikes outside to try and only allowed one family in the store at a time. We are glad to support a local store.
