The people that work there really seem like experts in their field. I wish their people skills were a little better. I called and asked a simple question about my bike while it was awaiting repairs. The man who answered the call said he would look into it and call me back. I never heard back.

Excellent service. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Although bike shops everywhere are without stock, I was able to try a bike which I am still considering. Rob even took the extra step to look at the inventory buy sheet to let me know what the store was expecting in the future shipment. There was no pressure to purchase the bike because of low stock. Appreciated Rob offering to deliver the bike.

Thanks for hooking me up with my Marlin 5! Took it out on a mixture of trails and bike paths today, put 18 miles on it first time out and it was great. The guys at the shop were very helpful getting me a helmet and lights and a lock as well. This is pretty much my favorite new hobby.

We bought our Raleigh bikes from M&M in 1997. We were 37yrs old. Now we're 61 and they just finished tuning them up, gears all cleaned and adjusted, got, new tires and brake pads. The bikes look and ride like brand new, probably even better. Really nice shop and their work is awesome! Thanks Rob, you and your guys are great.
