Holland's bicycles sales and service staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, their service department does really great work. All repairs are completed in a timely manner and my road bike with over 40K miles on it rides almost like it was new after a tuneup in their shop.
Tyler and the team are awesome. Always communicate well, are knowledgeable and get the service done on time. Couldn’t recommend them more highly

They are my local shop- they treat locals and visitors like we are family. Great and quick job with repairs and builds from sales. I especially like the low key bike shop vibe in both the front and in the mechanic station. So fun. Don't change anything!

I appreciate being welcomed when I walk in the front door. The team is excited to help customers. What a concept! And they are so helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a child's seat and two staff members set to work, both with the product and online, checking the specs for my existing bike rack, the weight limit for the child, etc. I was provided thorough instructions on how to use the bike seat and secure it. The seat was installed for me on the spot. I walked out the door and then realized I needed the seat higher. Jacob took care of it without asking me to go around the corner to the repair entrance. Everyone pitched in as if I was the most important customer they would have all day. It was the highlight of my morning to interact with the Hollands's Bike team members.

A fantastic experience! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I ordered an electric bike through the Tern company website and they shipped it to my local bike store for assembly. I didn’t know the shop would attach all the accessories too! And I ordered A LOT. The staff seemed so knowledgeable and kind and helped my with my beginner questions (and to pick out a lock). They even had a young man help me get my bike into my too-large UHaul that was parked two blocks away. I’ll definitely be back with more questions I’m sure.
I’ve lived in Coronado for 60 years and Hollands has always been a staple in town. Each owner has provided such great service to the community and the current owners, the Youngs, have continued that reputation. They go out of their way to accommodate people, they are always willing to help bike owners who come for repairs or blow up your tires or tighten a bolt. They give back to the community by supporting organizations with donations and they are such an asset to our town. Thank you Hollands
