When my wife and I walked in, we were so relieved to see a friendly face behind the counter. Bojack is an incredible cyclist and member of the cycling community, giving his time and talents to help others and support cycling in San Diego. When we asked him for help, he gave his time, attention, and talents to help me and my wife find the perfect saddles. He genuinely cared that we made the correct purchase that would support our riding and not leave us scrambling to make the right decision. He was extremely knowledgeable about helping my wife find a woman's saddle, something she has struggled with for the past year. We were both extremely grateful that he was there the day we walked in. He made us instant repeat customers for Holland's.

Great selection of products. When my first choice wasn’t available they had my second choice. Employees explained the functionality of my bicycle so I could do a safe test ride. They also gave a full explanation of how to remove the wheels and remount in case a tire change was required. Holland’s has great employees!

Tyler was on the phone and I didn’t want to interrupt him and other employees asked me if I needed assistance, but I declined because I wanted to speak with Tyler. I left, intending to come back later. During my absence, Tyler, who (pleasant surprise) knew me by name, made the effort to look up my contact information and called me to inquire what services I was needing. I brought my bike in shortly after and Dat successfully retapped the component in question and I had my bike rolling again the next day. Thank you, Tyler and Dat!

I bought probably 13 to 15 bikes from Hollands over the years and I’ve never regretted any purchase. My most recent one is a top-of-the-line specialized and it is fantastic. They are great with Service, personable and friendly.
bought the bike ten or so years ago from Hollands, and I like it BUT i have VERY frequent Tire /tube problems.
You always get it fixed quickly BUT your man Malcolm needs to find another line of business.
He does not have it in him to do customer service.
