Tyler was on the phone and I didn’t want to interrupt him and other employees asked me if I needed assistance, but I declined because I wanted to speak with Tyler. I left, intending to come back later. During my absence, Tyler, who (pleasant surprise) knew me by name, made the effort to look up my contact information and called me to inquire what services I was needing. I brought my bike in shortly after and Dat successfully retapped the component in question and I had my bike rolling again the next day. Thank you, Tyler and Dat!

I bought probably 13 to 15 bikes from Hollands over the years and I’ve never regretted any purchase. My most recent one is a top-of-the-line specialized and it is fantastic. They are great with Service, personable and friendly.

I appreciate the assortment of bikes and the helpful, knowledgeable staff at Holland's. We have had a terrific experience working with Nelson. We are not very experienced riders, but wanted to try the new New Townie Go!. Nelson is knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to answer many questions and demonstrate the features of our new bikes, bike rack, and accessories. He also helped my son (who was a somewhat hesitant rider) get comfortable with the new bike and really start to enjoy it. It was great for my son to get guidance from a cool and kind guy versus his mom. lol.
The bicycle (Brompton G in green, size L) was available. Jacob let me test a size L bike in the alleyway and was kind enough to give a discount.
The service provided by Tyler (building the bike) and Bojac (fitting the bike) was top shelf.
What’s really cool is that Holland’s Bicycles has history! I bought parts from this shop 40 years ago when I was in my twenties. No hassles, quality products and great customer service are what you’ll find at Holland’s.

The shop is located in one of the best biking towns in the US. A wide array of bicycles are available. Employee turnover is low, which means it is a good place to work. Maintenance service is outstanding. Employee professionalism is off the charts. Love it!
