I have been purchasing Bicycles from George's for at least 20 years. I am always greeted at their shops in a frendly and helpful manner. The support for their product knowledge is fantstic and their service is reasonably priices and well done.

Customer service is top notch, everyone I've spoken to is very kind and helpful - this is the exact reason I shop local :)
First I had my sit bone measured which seemed very professional. This was fine by Ben. Then z en helped me pick a seat. I bought one and when I got home I looked on Specialized. Com and I was a bit confused on my choice. After testing back and forth with the store I felt good about what I had. They assured me if in 30 days it’s world they will take care me. That’s huge. I now need three tires and have just texted about that. I felt the service and openness to my questions was good.
