Product is high quality. The people there are knowledgeable and great. Taylor and Dennis saved Christmas and Santa’s reputation a week ago. I brought in our granddaughter’s new bike that I had about 95% put together but had made a big goof. They fixed it and had me out of there in minutes. Didn’t even buy it there as a particular purple was requested from Santa. Gramps was saved!!

Customer service was great and the associate was super knowledgeable. There was a good selection of bikes to choose from. Prices were equal to other bike shops around town. I really love my new Giant bike and I was fortunate to be able to ride my bike due to mild weather.

We had many questions on bike sizing and road riding when we stopped recently. Chris was extremely helpful. He listened and explained things for quite some time. It was obvious that he was sincerely trying to help us to make good decisions. It was a pleasure to work with him and we truly appreciated his help.

I received excellent service for the purchase of a bike that was a Christmas gift for my wife.
The salesman went out of his way to arrange for me to pick up the bike at a different location.
Anthony was so helpful with assisting me in selecting a hitch mount bike rack. He was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions/concerns. Additionally, Eddy's kept their word in honoring an old Century Cycles gift card I needed to use by the end of 2024. I'm looking forward to returning in early spring to purchase my new bike!
Recently purchased a Trek Checkpoint from George and he was absolutely spectacular. He was knowledgeable, patient and very likable. The entire store was very well organized and George was able to direct me to exactly what I needed. He also got bonus points for having Bo Bo!
