I did some research about the type of bike I wanted before entering Eddy’s in Stow. As we walked in the door Frank greeted us and asked if he could help us. I told him the features in a bike that are important to me. He took us to the exact thing I was looking for and it happened to be on sale. He adjusted the seat and bars for my body size and checked and rechecked that it truly fit me properly. Frank described all the features of that bike and the similar bikes in the same category. (Somehow he knew I was going to purchase this Trek Verve 3 without me ever even saying I’ll take it). So I did buy it and he set me up with a few optional accessories which they mounted on the bike while my wife and I went to lunch. What a great experience! He even helped us fit it in the back seat of our truck.
So, in this time when service is lacking in many areas of business and most businesses can’t find good workers somehow Eddy’s found a great one! Keep up the excellent work. It was a true pleasure dealing with you!

I used to take my bike into Century Cycle for servicing but was very satisfied with Eddy’s and the maintenance performed on my bike. They also replaced the chain.
Since purchasing my Trek bicycle at Eddies last year, I have always received prompt and courteous service. Jeff has been especially helpful. I must say that I am pleased with some changes in attitude that I’ve observed over the past year or so. As an older woman cyclist, I used to be approached with a bit of attitude and assumption that I was not knowledgeable about bicycles. That attitude has changed, and I receive a friendly, not condescending welcome when I walk in the door. Good job on making some changes.
