He assisted me in finding the accessories I needed/wanted for my new bike and even scheduled service when he noticed a slight issue with my new bike. I will certainly be coming back to your store.

Very friendly and thorough staff they answered all my questions regardless if they were off the wall. They aren't pushy at all. You will be asked if you need help and you say no they immediately give you the space and time you need.
We had a flat, came in 15 min before closing, they were so awesome, had it fixed in 10 min! We may have been lucky they had time, but they always are so positive, and helpful. Such a great culture.

Went for service on my bike. Staff there are ALWAYS ready and willing to help you and ensure you’re satisfied with the repair and your questions are answered. They take their time to explain and give you an honest estimate and communicate via call in case something comes up unexpectedly. It is rare to receive this level of service nowadays!
I knew nothing about bikes. I so appreciate Jason taking so much time to help me. He was kind, supportive, encouraging and abundantly patient. I bought my because of him.
I went on my first ride the same day. I had not ridden a bike in 45 years. I was terrified in the parking lot when I did my test ride.
I picked up my bike the next day and added some necessary accessories. Which Jason put on for me. I rode 6.6 miles that afternoon and had a great time.
