I had excellent service at the Montrose store on Tuesday Feb 7th. I walked in with my bike, without an appointment. The gentleman in the service department was very friendly and welcomed checking over my Trek bike. Quickly adjusting my shifting, and he also offered some tips on how to get good results when using the rapid-fire shifters. He also offered and took the time, even though I did not request it, to clean and shine my bike. Excellent customer service!
