Great service and a solid commitment to quality. When they found problems they contacted the bike manufacturer even though my bike was out of warranty. They felt I shouldn’t of had this problem and to my relief the manufacture agreed.
Others May of found it easier to just charge me rather than the extra effort it took to help me.
