Dropped my bike off for tune up/repair. Staff was very friendly and explained the repairs needed. They told me it could take 4-5 days but called me only 2 days later and it was done. The repair technician was awesome and also gave me maintenance pointers. Easy to park. Walked right in/out both times. Easy process.
The first time I visited the store, Frank gave me a “tour” of several different bikes that would fit what I was looking for. I did go and look at other stores and types of bikes, but went back to Eddy’s. Frank was not there, but Matt gave me the same attentive service as I was purchasing my new bike. I will definitely recommend Eddy’s and I will be returning to the shop for bike tune ups!

Your mechanics are great. They explain the reason certain repairs are necessary and inform you as to what options you might choose based upon performance and price. My wife and I are avid cyclists and we’ve use Eddie’s since we moved to Ohio more than nine years ago.
