i was so happy because on September 18, Sunday morning, i went to get my tire fixed and the service technician asked me if I wanted to drop it off or wait. I said I could wait. So, he fixed it and it only cost 60.00. I was able to go on a bike ride to Bradley Nature Park.

As a matter of fact, I’ve already recommended Eddy’s to friends! I was very impressed by the expertise and professIonalism of the staff. They did a diagnostic on my bike for free and included a couple of minor tune ups. I also purchased a water bottle holder which they installed free of charge. Moreover, the folks we spoke with were friendly, personable, and accepting of those in recovery from substance use disorders, which is important to me as a mental health professional. It was one of if not the best interactions I’ve had with a service professional since I relocated here ~2 years ago!

Frank is a great salesperson. He is very knowledgeable and provided thorough explanations regarding bike sizing , various bike features and differences between various bike models and accessory recommendations . He was patient and answered all my questions and made sure the bike I ultimately chose was fitted properly. I also appreciate the ability to test ride several bikes in a large paved area at the North Olmsted location prior to purchase which allowed me to be comfortable with my decision knowing I made the right bike choice for me
