had a kickstand placed on the bike last year, but it repeatedly fell off. Eddys replaced with a different kickstand free of charge right there before I left store.

Well bike sold had defects in the hydraulic braking leaking on my daughter rd hand . Upset during inspection that they did no see this , however it’s the individual and based on there training to limit the damage, so it was a miss

Always a great experience shopping here. Never any high pressure or pushy sales people, just ones that ask you what you want and find it for you. There are a lot of black and dark gray bikes being made these days, I told my salesman Steve that I like red. He quickly appeared with a beautiful red Trek that I test rode and took home. This was the 3rd bike I've bought at Eddy's.
