Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and are always willing to go the extra mile. My son broke the brakes on his bike and they were honest and only fixed/changed the parts that were absolutely necessary. No tricks. They also had it done the next day. These guys are awesome

Edgar's knowledge and customer service was exceptional. I love the bicycle I purchased, but I almost never patronize a business, no matter how good the products, if the customer service is poor.
