This place is amazing! I took my boys in for their first bikes, and they were so helpful in getting them the right sizes, accessories and making sure they have properly fitting helmets. Alex went above and beyond making sure they were happy with their bikes, and keeping me in my budget. There's no better bike shop around!
I went to Danny's for bike maintenance for an old bike. I learned the repair parts were comparative to purchasing a new bike. So I began looking and learning about bike options in the 2020s, which were eye opening for me. Quickly I focused on the entry level electric bicycles.
Customer service 10+. Staff took the time to explain the options and I tested the bikes in the parking lot. I now have a transport means that I can enjoy with or without pedal assist.

Everything! I worked with Ed (sales) and he spent a whole lot of time with me to help me pick the right bike for my needs. I was so impressed with his knowledge and approach. No hard sell. No pressure. The exact opposite of buying a bike from a big box store or online. All around fabulous experience.

After going to the Pelham Danny’s store and all tbey did was put air in my tire when I told them I already did that and it became flat the next day, and then when I went on a ride it became flat again and I had to walk 2 mile back to the Pelham Store when I was told the technician left for the day. Very disappointed and a waste of my time. I went to Rye Danny’s and they immediately took the tire off and said it wasn’t usable and had to buy a new tire. What’s with the Pelham store? Very upset.
