First, everyone is VERY nice. Second, they are extremely accommodating to their customers. Last, they are the only local bike shop that is willing to do quick adjustments without asking you to leave the bike overnight. THAT IS HUGE AND VERY MUCH APPRECIATED!

What do you like about our products and services?

I much prefer the Rye Brook store to the Scarsdale location. Christiana is awesome, my bike never rides better than when the techs at Rye Brook tune up my bikes, sorry Scarsdale...... The entire vibe is more relaxed, though I imagine you do 1/10th the business from the Rye Brook store. In any case, this is my home base.

The staff was welcoming and friendly and knowledgable. Our sales person was helpful and extremely knowledgable. We got to test out the two bikes we were interested in...very nice. Wish they had had a better selection available in the store.
