The quality of Trek bikes and other accessories is excellent. The people who work there are knowledgeable and have been most helpful when I've had to come back for anything. Josh was a huge help! I came in looking for a pair of bike shoes. He was very knowledgeable in helping me find a perfect pair and select the right clips for my bike. My boyfriend ended up buying a pair as well! Love shopping local :)

The friendly welcome and help that I recieved when I walked in the door was great! I had a problem with my sons bike and they told me to bring it down...... the same day! I found everything I needed. They also ordered a pump (right away) for me that I wanted because they sold out of the item. The selection of products not only for bikes but outdoor activities was great to see too. I love shopping local and to support our WONDERFUL stores downtown Watertown. I really am beyond happy with 2 Rivers Bicycle and Outdoor. THANK YOU!

i am currently enrolled in a spin class on Thursday night. i really like that the instructor took the time to show me how to adjust the bike to my comfort and explained the reasons why. i took this home with me and adjusted by bicycle and it made a big difference. it made me want to come back the next week and work on more techniques. Thank you.

I just started riding about 6 month ago. They tuned up my road bike and I’ve purchased a mountain bike, trainer, helmet and shoes. They were so helpful in answering all my questions. So friendly. I’m looking forward to next spring so I can ride with them on their weekly ride.
