During Covid, the Y is a very safe place to workout. The staff enforces the rules which gives me comfort. Also, the place is just awesome.

The atmosphere, the equipment, the variety, the staff....everything!! There is nothing I don't like about the Y in Pasadena!

I enjoy the aqua aerobics. My Granddaughter likes the swim lessons.

We like the variety of exercise options, both inside the gym and outdoor pool, and all the offered classes. There is always something to enjoy to get into shape!

My favorite is the pool. Please open the pool without having to make a reservation. This is my main source of exercise.
Or, maybe reduce the membership cost since we can’t use everything when we need to.

Friendly staff and the ability to reserve lap lanes so that you know you will be able to swim. I have limited access due to work and this makes a successful exercise plan for me.

Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Clean facility that offers many options, including a great gym, racquetball courts, a game room, pool, and exercise classrooms. My teenage daughter and I like to go there for our morning workouts. Always a pleasant experience!

The staff is friendly and helpful. All the areas are clean. People clean the machines after use.

Lots of work out options and multiple locations. Friendly people all around. Good membership prices.

Would be nice to have a family shower bathroom. I’d stay forever a member if you could make that happen!

Damion is the best trainer! I feel motivated and eager to workout. I don't even realize that we are done when a workout is over.

Stay & play is great, employees are friendly, machines always available.

Friendly staff. Open gym concept. Love the pool. Only thing I don’t like is that if I don’t set an alarm on my phone and log onto the site 5 mins ahead of time before the family swim schedule is released. You never get a spot. You literally have to plan your morning out so that you can reserve. The other thing I’ve notice is most the time, not all the families that reserve show up. I’ve been in the pool with just my little family and another family. And all
Those other spots are wasted. Not really fair in my opinion

The average person can feel comfortable working out here.

The pasadena Y allows double swim times for those who want it. Appreciate the option as I’m training for race season. The variety of classes are great and the instructors are great too. They Help me in all aspects of health, fitness and training.

I like that there's enough space to be physically distant from others. The staff is usually very friendly. The pandemic policies have made me feel safe.

Not so sure about taking the cover off the pool in Pasadena in April

I only use the pool so can't speak to anything else. I already recommended the Pasadena pool to several friends, some of whom are already Y members. The front staff is very nice and the lifeguards range from fine to awesome. The pool is beautiful and I LOVE having my own lane, especially since I'm rehabbing shoulder injuries doing backstroke - and of course feeling much safer during the pandemic! I'll be really happy if that continues.

I can't wait for no masks, though, because I have to do all my cardio at home. Otherwise, I love the Y.
