I have one suggestion: are the hours posted on the web site? I couldn’t remember what time you opened and I tried to find it on the web site, but didn’t see it.

Classes are a lot of fun with fantastic instructors. I miss the early morning classes but enjoy the opportunity to take a number of them after work hrs. I also am not a fan of the token system especially when trying to take classes back to back and they do not provide participants with tokens for the second class and need to go all the way back to the front reception office to get a token from front desk after the first class ends.

Nice friendly staff and nice work out equipment. Everything is clean and wiped down since the Y re-opened a few months ago. A good place to go to stay in shape.
