5 O'Clock swimming pool available Gym is not crowded.
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming from the staff to the guests. Facilities are always clean with plenty of amenities for the whole family!
Everyone is friendly. Haven't met anyone that hasn't been helpful,, especially the lifeguards.
I am happy for the most part, I wish someone would have showed us around and explained things to us.
The pool is great - the staff there are also great......when the dome was being put up i swam at another pool and ours in Pasadena is far superior....but don't tell anyone - I want to keep my secret!

Great equipment and location
The associates are very friendly and knowledgeable. it is fun to come to the Y. I enjoy meeting Laura, Stephanie, Ashley, Ethan, Mike, First name removed , Jacques and Rose and wish Victor's spin class would return to the Saturday morning at 8:30.
Always impressed with the organization and structure of the programs and classes.. Everything seems to run like clockwork, and the safety regarding Covid should be modeled for the rest of the community. A great place to be able to go to for exercise and community socialization and awareness.

Very easy to get time in the pool. All the instructors in the building and pool are so cheerful and encouraging.
During the covid pandemic i have been able to keep in shape, ease tension,and continue swimming without fear of infection.
Cleanliness and convenience. I do not appreciate the salary of ceo at the same time you ask for community handouts.

The COVID requirements take some getting use to but at least I am able to work out and also do it safely. Kudos to the Pasadena staff for doing a good job of keeping the equipment maitained and clean.
Friendly staff
The Y is great! Even though I don’t enjoy wearing a mask for the majority of my visit I understand. They do a great job of keep everything clean to the point where I feel comfortable going just about every day. Wish they could get some more equipment to help me in my goals but they have everything you need if not training for Strongman.
The employee's and instructors are great, they are always so friendly and I love that there more and more workout classes opening back up for adults and kids!
I love everything and my personal trainer John Blake he is the best .
