The Y has all the equipment needed for a complete workout of any kind: strength, flexibility and aerobics. All the staff are friendly, efficient and ready to help. Also, the Y is only a mile from my house so it is very convenient.

My family loves the Pasadena Y. The staff greets you when you enter. The gym and pool are clean. The gym is spacious and has lots of equipment so we don't have to wait. The pool has a lot of lap lanes and times. Much better then the other pools and gyms.

Y Membership allows for multiple Y access.

There is always an open swim lane available.

Large facilities.

Very friendly and helpful employees.

It is a large gym with a lot of great work out machines. The staff is great with the exception of one or two rude people that should not be working there.

Friendly front desk Carrie! And clean facilities. And the new machines/equipment is wonderful. The soup days and the food pantry volunteer opportunities. Nice fellow gym folks.
