Free classes for the little kids, swim lessons, range of classes from beginner to advanced for adults, family days, exercise equipment that is spread out so you can hide if you feel like it, Flexibility class, Stay and Play. Everything.

It has a great family atmosphere and the equipment fits all needs for all ages. Love the heated pool. Wish the pool was a lot bigger.

The Y has all the equipment needed for a complete workout of any kind: strength, flexibility and aerobics. All the staff are friendly, efficient and ready to help. Also, the Y is only a mile from my house so it is very convenient.
