Clean well organized and great equipment and a friendly environment
Clean pools and great lifeguards who are friendly and helpful. I love my Personal Trainer Denise who has helped me numerous times with both overall fitness using weight machines and with recovery from back and hip issues with her specific expertize in Aqua therapy.
I have also enjoyed the Yoga classes in the past and hope to be able to make the Friday sessions with Felicia (and hoping Dana will be back as well). I"d be willing to try other classes if they were gentle enough on my spine and arthritis.
Appreciate the Y's mission to be inclusive and the assistance they support to less affluent children. Also appreciated the way the Y surveyed members during COVID for what they would be comfortable with and for keeping us updated at every step of the way. Great job people!
