I love the reclining bike machine.

I'm 62 years old. There are several classes a week that are age appropriate for me and easily fit into my schedule. And I love the work out room. It has everything I need. The Waverly Y always has a very friendly vibe to it with a wide variety of people

What do you like about your Y experience?

My swimming teacher Maria is wonderful and I'm glad to be able to support my local Y. On the other hand, the showers barely work and there is a strong smell of mildew in the women's locker room. I hope there are plans to address this and I hope the YMCA in Baltimore receives adequate funding to keep up with necessary repairs! I know it's tough and I'm glad to do my part.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I have not been since restarting my membership in November. I just don't have the energy interest or the money and am canceling effective February, 2025. My son enjoys it but does not want to help pay.
The Y is perfect for All families.

I've been a member of the Central Maryland YMCA for a number of years. I use the Waverly, Druid, and Towson Ys. I appreciate the way they keep the facilities clean and fresh and update equipment. The staff is friendly. The swim and exercise opportunities are good. Thank you.
