The customer service was very helpful
I love our pre-k activities (little movers & Swim lessons). Ms Lisa is awesome with that age group and offered engaging programs. We recently began using the stay and play at the Abingdon branch and they are all fabulous in there! My little 3 year old has done so well in there and always has a great time! We also visited the Parkville branch recently and used the exercise equipment, stay and play and LOVED the play area indoor for the little ones! I wish more branches had something like this. But at the same time, I also enjoy that I live near two branches and can go to either one so it’s a win for us! We can’t say enough good things about our experience!
Also, we love the expanded stay n play at Abingdon - well done on investing in the right things.
I enjoy going there. Everyone is friendly and nice.

The staff is very kind and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

The activities offered and the all year round swimming pool.
It's nice and clean. Everyone that works there are very pleasant. The only complaint I have is the pool needs to be warmer It's very cold even in the summer time.

The staff is nice & welcoming. The Y is clean. It would be nice if the broken equipment would get fixed faster though.

Friendly participants and staff. Offers good courses for all ages. It is an excellent atmosphere for seniors to feel welcome and an opportunity to form friendships.
We love all the programs that are offered. Our kids make friends that they see at other events, which is nice for our community. The programs are well structured and keep our kids engaged.

I think the people who teach the exercises classes are wonderful. I’ve done a few classes and every single teacher has been so kind and encouraging. It makes going to the gym more fun and totally worth paying for the membership.
