Excellent staff
The Lovely Yolanda greeted me at the front desk and answered all of my questions! She truly explained all the amazing things that The Y had to offer. She outlined options for each of my 3 nephews that were age appropriate and specific.
I also loved that she greeted so many of the guests by name and with a smile, while still helping me too. Another lovely gal (who's name I didn't catch also smiled and greeted guests by name), came out to man the front desk while Yolanda took me on a tour of the beautifully maintained facility.
I have already told several people about the amazing things that the Y has to offer! I cannot wait for my first visit as a member and how many great classes I will have to choose from when I do.
Please, please, please give Yolanda the biggest kudos from me! She is a Rockstar!
I like the Y because it has so much to offer. I really like that they have two pools.
My family has, unfortunately, experienced a change in work status. Our income has been substantially reduced, so that I was not going to be able to afford my family membership. I spoke with a very nice young man, Grant, who suggested I apply for a reduction in my monthly membership. I was able to do so, provided some income info, and was able to get a more affordable rate, so we can continue our membership.
Everything the pool n gym mostly
Water fitness is my favorite.
The first time in using the facility was great. Reggie helped identify where the sanitization wipes were. He was kind and helpful. He made sure to thank us and let us know if we needed any further help He was there. Very nice experience.
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The price is awesome.
