Excellent facility with all the equipment you need for a good workout. All personnel working there are very professional and friendly.
I have been a member of the Y for many years and it's exactly what I want in a gym. Friendly caring employee's, all the equipment that I like to use available. They have classes but I'm not one to do classes. I've done water classes and they are lots of fun and helpful. It's a clean gym which is very important to me as well. It's local and convenient which is really important.

We enjoy the benefits of a clean well ran facility, engaging with well trained caring staff. I love all the safety precautions in place to ensure we have an experience that's free to enjoy our time at the Y. It's a great opportunity for our little ones to try all that the Y has to offer, this facilitates ideas for them to kinda know if they enjoy certain sports. In this environment parents discuss, talk, and sometimes bond together as their kids become friends. So yes the Y is a very family oriented, this keeps my family coming back.
