We love the Y and glad we are members. The outdoor pool in Pasadena has been fantastic for the summer, I wish there were more of those! All locations we have been are wonderful, but my feedback is that poor Druid Hill needs some love. The showers are old and shower heads don't often work and the soap dispensers are usually empty. Their pool is so sad and small. I appreciate that I have seen more classes added there over the past year of our membership.
The variety of equipment and programs, plus it’s close to home.
Love the availability of stay and play and the rock wall. Excited to try out some of the classes. Check in is easy and it’s clean and quiet inside—perfect for focusing on workouts. A good variety of equipment and the pool is a huge plus for us with the family swim option.

I like almost everything at the Y. It would be nice if the people at the front desk when you first walk in would say hello, hi or anything besides be rude and just stare. I’m coming for a nice experience every single time I come. No matter if it’s a workout, lesson, swim or anything, I expect that it isn’t hard to greet members.
Pool area, it’s nice to have happy life guards. You are more apt to ask questions like is this or that available rather than just having to grab random life jackets from the rack and a life guard yell, “those are only for classes!”. If I knew when I walked in, I could have made a better decision and wouldn’t have had to feel embarrassed. I would have saw that I needed to grab a life jacket from the other bin. Outside of that, great place for families.
