Too often there is not enough equipment for the group classes. When requested by instructor it took weeks to resolve.
The water fountain is dirty. It needs to be cleaned and disinfected everyday! Where you drink from has black mold.
No excuse for lack of maintenance.
I love the people and the facilities and having the option to go to any facility. I love that it is a safe, welcoming and fun place to visit for the whole family.
I really enjoy the convenience of the Y and the fact that it has a pool. I also like the fact that I can switch up on my cardio and use different machines. It seems to me that the facility is not as clean as it used to be. Also there are a lot of machine that are not working. I really appreciate that the pool is open later than before the pandemic.
Clean friendly staff and environment
We can exercise on our time or look for scheduled group classes. The spacious workout areas are clean and comfortable. The people that work at the Y are very friendly and helpful. The outdoor pool can accommodate families and workout groups and is very well maintained.
