What could we do to improve?

Stop the online sign in. I hate it when I get there and wait someone walks in signs in and goes before me. Twice I have left and if that’s the way you continue to do I will not go back.

I really like the online check in and the MVP service so I don’t have to walk around the rest of the day with hair on me. I also have to say mostly it’s my barber that keep me coming back careen keeps me coming back first barber to really listen to what I ask for and then do it each time I will I’m always very professional and polite.
