Very frendly
I am very please how Jessica cut my hair. I will be back.
I came in with hair down to my shoulders. I have not gotten a haircut in 2 years and asked 3 times if the lady cutting my hair could do the style i wanted off a picture and she assured me shes been cutting hair for 30 years and could do it. The first red flag was her having to ask the manager what size she should use for the clippers. She started cutting my hair and was asking me if i knew how short i wanted it and i told her to base it off the picture and use her best judgement because i trust her and i thought she could match the look. 25 minutes later she cut my hair so short the manager had to come over and tell her to put her clippers down because she cut too much hair off and i would not be able to curl it. The picture i showed and what i got is like comparing a golf ball to a pumpkin, and i left with a buzz cut and out of the 5+ inches of hair i walked in with i left with none of it.
No wait, and excellent customer service.

Carreen is incredibly attentive and personable. Wait times are always reasonable and the price point is fair. Definitely appreciate the military discount, but not as much as I appreciate having a stylist who knows exactly what I want and always does an incredible job.

I love the service and people, but this last time I was in I didn't get the treatment I usually do. I am hoping that I get better service next time because I love this place.
