Affordable and convenient
I love that Sport Clips has my preferred haircut on file. No more fumbling for words trying to remember what I got last time! I also like the online check-in process. I typically check in as I'm walking out the door. When I get to the salon and sit down, they're ready for me! Not to mention the hot towel and scalp massage. I'm never going to get my haircut anywhere else!

Unfortunately the stylist that cut my haiku trimmed and excessive amount off. She, never even offered to show me the cut at end of service, making me think she realized mistake and did not want to see my response. I noticed after I traveled back home and seen mistakes.

I am not sure why I got charged $30 for a triple play when í just àsked for a beard trim $10 and head buzz $10 so was charged for a total of $50.
My hair along the crown is not cut evenly. The left side is higher than the right on the back of my head, I could not see this issue when the hair was wet, but when it dried it looks like I have an Indian feather.

2 years ago I spent $30 + Tip for 3 children (boys) to get a haircut
I just spent $111 plus tip. and 11 year old is a child. a 13 year old is a child, a 15 year old is a child.
The is no way the haircut increased almost 400% in 2 years except for greed.
No improvement necessary.
