Your app is terrible, first it said not available and then it allowed me to make appointment. the timer was a mess. IT counted down too quickly and then told me to get to shop. When i arrived and checked in, the app had less than 5 minutes but the time on the shop monitor was over 35 minutes. The 35 minutes was accurate....

Service was fast, no waiting - - which is not normal for me - - and I got the haircut that I wanted.
Only bad thing was I am 80 years old and should have asked for the "Senior Discount" it was not offered and I forgot to ask for it.

I've been a customer since around 2018 only one person took notes on how I like my hair and that was incorrect. I tried several times over the years for your team to get it right and each time I had someone different because of the high turnover rate and apparently the poor training they never updated notes.
I stopped going and recently decided to give it a try again because I needed something relatively quick there was an availability and I took it. Got to say I'm sorry I did and I don't think I'll be using your services anymore.

I started going to sports clips because I wanted a better cut. I would go to the sports clips in Medford Oregon and SLC Utah which were amazing. The one in Fort Myers has been just ok but this last visit was terrible and I definitely won’t be going back.
Stylist was not really interested in being there, so service was off a bit.
