Great visit, very happy with whole session
Jessica is amazing at what she does.
When I prepared to go into the shop, I tried to get the online check in to work so that I could say I was there to hold my place in line. The app was not working correctly and did not save my place in line. When I started the process, I had a zero minute wait. When I finally got in the shop, it said that two people were in front of me and I had to wait 30 minutes. I had two children with me. The staff did great me but I told them that, "Your app is not working correctly." They responded with, "Oh, it's not OUR app." This was with a defensive and snappy tone. The staff treated us with respect and good customer service after I apologized to them. Thinking back, they did not think anything of their part in the interaction which I wish they would because they were very rude. I will go back to this location because of the 10 years of great interactions I have had in Ohio. This is the only Sport Clips in my area. I dont really think anything can be done at this point. Thanks for letting me share about my experience.

The associate did a thorough and excellent job on my grooming needs.
My side burns are cut one inch too high.
Unwanted hair in my left ear was clippered, right ear not.
Asked for the wide crown tapered Viking. Got the narrow crown version. My wife says it looks like I got a buzz cut. She says she can do that good.
However I did get an excellent hot-towel shampoo.
And I did get a whole bunch of hair cut off. so there's that.
Not sure I'll be back.
