I was greeted immediately by the ladies that were cutting hair. When it was my turn, Zen called my name. By the time we got to her chair, she already knew what my preferences are, which makes it so incredibly easy! We had great conversation while she cut my hair & I was so delighted when she was done! My cut was done extremely well! That's one of the reasons I continue to go to Sports Clips! I always seem to leave as a happy camper! Also, love the check in process on the app! Makes it so convenient!
Took a long time to get survey was playing with updates to see if I got text notifications when stylist is ready before alloted time which are working but it's 930pm Thursday just got survey I put neck trim in Wed at 930ish. Gives us better verbiage to tell clients when to expect to see a survey

I asked for a specific length off the tip and sides and was given the classic way too short and swept to the sides. I have medium curly hair like if it’s laying short then you cut it wAY too close it’s almost a buzz cut I hate it
I like the friendly atmosphere and efficient service. My hair is cut in the same way every time I go in, so I don’t have to worry about getting a bad haircut.
