Fis thia review: The Y @ Northwest offers exceptional customer service. Team members like Bri, Treva, Kelly & Ellen in the front desk, trainers like Tyreek, Instructors like Jenn, Rosa Laura, Melanie, Mary Ann & Pedro; Camp counselors like Armani & Swim instructors like Megan make all the difference. These people greet you with a smile and show you that they care. It shows they put their very best when they show to work everyday. I enjoy visiting the Y at this location because everyone treats you liek family and that's all that matters to me!
