The employees at the Y are there because they care. They are attentive to the members and show that they enjoy their jobs. They keep the Y clean and in good condition. The equipment doesn't get old and if repairs are needed, they make sure it gets done.

The instructors in the classes are great. Everyone is so very friendly. The classes and
events that are offered are so varied and can appeal to almost anyone's interests.
Good classes, work outs, equipment & friendly staff.
Friendly staff and also very helpful.
I am pleased with the experience of joining the YMCA that has allowed me to become more fit and enjoy the relaxation of the Pool experience after the gym. Probably impossible to give a heads up to potential pool visitors that structured training might be scheduled that allow non participants to still have pool access.
The YMCA serves the whole community, young and old. After a while it feels like a family.
The Y offers a variety of classes to attend. The staff is super friendly and helpful. It is a very inclusive environment!
Friendly staff, workout area is clean.
I would not recommend the pool. I have been swimming at the Y going on three years and I am extremely disappointed with how things are handled at there. We have had up to 42 woman swimming and yet we cannot be given another lane other than the two we get. Why in the world can you not close the pool from 8-9 so WE can use it. You must generate a large amount of revenue having us. Even if you didn’t, we never feel like we are a priority, yet we have some of the largest classes at the Y. The ladies have often felt offended by how we are treated at there pool and the lack of teachers and subs.
Very friendly. Diff classes & activities that seniors can participate. A lot of different activities for all ages.
I like the group classes like Zumba and Spin. I also like the machines and weights available, like treadmills and climbers.
The Y offers programs for every one and at every level of exercise. The instructors are well trained and they care about their members.
The instructors are awesome. I never feel like I’m being judged when I work out. It’s a very safe place. Additionally, I absolutely love Maria, Virginia, Nadia and Marie as the instructors. They rock. Dina is also so inviting and very knowledgeable.
A very friendly and caring staff, a clean facility and many group class options.
Because in my mind they have every thing lined up for seniors to help
And care about us as a group and us as indivuals
Friendly staff
Great programs
Constantly upgrading the facility
The best pickleball in the area
Variety of classes offered
I meet very nice people there. The group exercise instructors are top notch.
I love the East Pasco YMCA. I swim at least 4 mornings/week. The staff is so welcoming and caring. The facility is spotless clean and pleasant. I'm 85. If it weren't for the Y, I wouldn't exercise. It's way too hot outside and I have no room at home. I am so grateful for the Y's existence!
It's a great place to work out, make friends and maintain and improve your health. All of the Instructors are cheerfully helpful.
Location ,Personnel Cleanliness, Programds
Classes, instructors, and facilities are great!!! I can only recommend that when children’s camps take place, parents need to be told to drive safely in the parking lot. By this I mean that speeding and passing, or try to pass, members in the parking lot who are trying to park, is not acceptable. It surprises me that there has not been more parking lot incidents. Parents who are impatient or late to work should not exhibit this kind of behavior. A YMCA membership is a privilege and rules should be respected.
People are professional and compassionate. Equipment is kept up and seems to have enough variety
Clean place, good instructors, nice programs.

It’s clean, assortment of different activities and equipment, the pool, people are nice and helpful. Even if it’s not easily accessible.
