The Y is a well rounded facility.
Not that far from my resident under three miles. Its nice in inside the YMCA and the Workers is very welcome to you with information about their programs going on in the Facility. Good customer service.
Your staff at the front desk are so friendly and welcoming.
The YMCA in Tampa palms caters to seniors and that is very important to me since I am a senior. I love the swimming exercise class and the floor exercises. I'm very pleased that the classes are not early in the morning because I am not an early riser.

I have a family history with the Y. My sister was a Y’s athlete for years in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Eventually I became a member as an adolescent. Loooong ago!
After a while, living in Uruguay where my sister was a national Volleyball player, here I go again to the Y (ACJ).
My brother in law is the ACJ’s Uruguayan Director and my nephews “were born” at the YMCA. One of them studies Sports’ Sciences at the Y Uni in UY.
I knew the first Y in London where I was a student for some years…
Later in the Middle East I had no Y and finally, recently moved to Tampa where I can walk to the Y and it takes me only 20 minutes.
It feels like family, it’s affordable, friendly, clean… what can I say. I love you guys.
