Friendly people. Great atmosphere. I like older adult classes. Friday silver sneakers class is too large. There needs to be a second class on Friday as there is on Monday and Wednesday.

This is a great place to workout lifting weights and doing cardio. There are also a lot of Group workout programs and great pool!

I enjoy the classes and there is plenty of equipment to choose from.. The Y is clean and not usually crowded. The Silver Sneakers classes are fun and challenging and the trainers all very entertaining and fun.
I have attended the YMCA since it opened.
the y has an excellent program for seniors. "Silver Sneakers" class is given 5 days a week and the instructors touch on every part of the body....balance is also included. The instructors are younger than us seniors and provide the energy we lack. We become friends and a family. I highly recommend joining.
