Love the facility and instructor s.
It’s been my place away from home. The facility is well kept and the staff is wonderful to us. It’s a neighborhood, I attend Mass with some of the ladies who go there. We have monthly luncheons to get to know folks. It’s a wonderful place for young, retired everyone from 5 to 92! Thanks everyone staff and trainers.

I haven't tried Fit Factory yet, but I think I will like that class too.

I love the silver sneakers classes and the instructors are fantastic. There's good chair yoga classes, balance classes, and social activities that are a lot of fun.

I’ve always been a believer in physical activity.
When my children were small I would take them to the park regularly & to the Y…
Today’s technology , if we are not careful, has limited our physical activity. Going to the Y as a family is great for each individual activity or family fun at the outdoor pools. They have a wide variety of classes, activities & functions to offer.
It’s conveniently located, the staff are very polite and helpful and it is very clean. The equipment is top notch and in excellent shape. I have been going here for a while and it’s great to see they have a low turnover of employees. You can get to know the members and workers
Everything is perfect there and the staff are the greatest.
Enhanced Fitness and Silver Sneakers with Lashaune are superior. Exercises are creative, effective, and enjoyable. Lashaune is responsive to the individual needs of members. Gearing exercises to the various levels of the members makes the experience good for all members.The music she chooses is the icing on the cake! I have already recommended the Y to a friend.

Thr best thing that I have done is when I joined theYMCA. You have an opportunity to meet frien̈ds and to partiçipate in all the activities.
My Favorite class is the Art Class. Wè have a professional teacher who teches you all the different media and explains àll the diffèrent artists techniques and we work on them.

Clean facilities, friendly staff. Even when it’s crowded there is plenty to do.
Whenever a machine has broken and the staff is informed it’s fixed quickly…unlike the gym equipment in my development.
