I love the stick mobility and HIIT classes. Everything is very clean. I love it.

A very welcoming and friendly, clean gym.
Great AOA classes with amazing instructors like; Mary Ruth, Mollie, Maria and Deb & Kim line dancing.

We joined the Y again after stopping membership during COVID. It has been a while, and the Y has improved areas of the gym. We were pleased to see the improvement.

The variety of equipment. The equipment is dirty and in comes cases old.

AJ and his team at Grady elementary are amazing! They handle all the kids and situations with calmness and ease. AJ is a great role model for these kids!
