Friendly service technicians that know there trade. Took a mess of dirty carpet that was way over do for cleaning and made it look as it was new. Also carpet was only damp to the touch which was very important so there was no musty smell.

I was able to get my rugs cleaned quickly. The man who did the cleaning was very nice and offered me some suggestions. I was pleased with the results. he offered to do additional spotting if desired but I am not sure how long I will keep the rugs. At least now I feel like the top dirt was removed.

Our very dirty cream colored rug became cream again under the Zerorez process. Our techician was cheerful, careful to wipe up drips on our kitchen floor as he transitioned to the hallway, and efficient.
