Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable technicians: Austin and Alijah. The Zerorez process cleans green and dries relatively fast. Technicians wear shoe coverings to minimize bringing additional dirt into our home. Very satisfied customer.
Have used Zerotex 3 times and can agree that the carpets stay cleaner for longer without residue.

James was very professional and explained the cleaning process very thoroughly. We appreciated his upmost care in protecting the space. He went above and beyond in explaining what to expect and how to enhance drying the carpet after he was done cleaning it.
