Everything went as promised. I'm not sure how dirty our ducts were though because the pics I received all looked like after. Maybe they were pretty clean to begin with? Not sure.

I love how thorough Zerorez is and how well they communicate with the customer. They always let me know when they are on their way and any items/concerns that might come up while they are cleaning. They also were able to work me in on a day that worked better with my schedule, which I really appreciated!

The product did an excellent job on the carpet. Someone else had came in to clean probably two months prior couldn’t get the stains up zerorez came in and it’s completely clean very impressed with my rep Merick Davis I would highly recommend you ask for him to have your place clean very very aware of personal item and making sure all the furniture had plastic and little blocks underneath so it would not stain. Just wish there was a quicker way it would dry, but it’s clean and that’s what I really want

Our Zerorez tech did a fantastic job. He was professional, polite, and went about the project with a sincere pride in what he does. He cleaned up well and even made sure the equipment was ready for the next tech for the following shift. That shows how much he thought about his job and that he cared for the mission vs. just doing a task, punching a clock and moving on to the next gig. The carpet, sofa and my dad chair look and smell fantastic. Well done!

My service man was great! Explained everything before and after. Great person. Also, the carpet cleaning blew me away. This carpet is over 25 years old and recently has has several "puppy potty" stains. It looks good as new now.
