Carpet was clean and odor free

We've used Zerorez several times for a couple of reasons. Even though we have two dogs who spend a lot of time outside and a couple of messy kids, they get our carpets amazingly clean without the smell of chemicals. AND they are polite, professional, and always on time.

This was the first time I've ever hired a company to clean my carpets, and I cannot believe the difference from doing them myself! I love that no harsh chemicals are used, and they are unbelievably clean and soft to the touch! It was easy to schedule my appointment online, the followup communications and reminders were great, and the technician was on time, professional, efficient, and I loved that he explained each step of the process. After he left, you couldn't even tell anyone had been there... except my clean carpets make it look like a new home! :) SO PLEASED!!!
