The technician who came to my condo on Monday was extremely professional and so willing to accommodate my requests to make sure he got the corners of the closets and behind the doors. Very humble and kind. Also, I waited to leave this review for Zerorez 24 hours because I wanted to see what my carpet looked like dried, and I have to say that it looks so much nicer and brighter in color. I am so happy that I did not replace the carpeting! No need to with the Zerorez cleaning.Thank you! Sylvia

Person was very friendly and knowledgeable, quickly cleaned the areas and informed us of the "rules" for letting the carpet dry before putting the furniture back.

Only complaint I had was it was supposed to be $139.95 for three rooms, he cleaned our great room and the doorways going into the bedrooms and charged us over $150.00 - no explanation for why. I know our great room is big but can't imagine it is considered three rooms, plus the extra money for the doorways to the bedrooms.

They did a beautiful job my carpets. They look fantastic! The gentleman who came to my house was absolutely wonderfu....l highly recommend them!
