The tech that came to my house was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. My carpet is very clean and there was no odor left behind while it was drying or once it was dry. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to my family and friends and will continue to have them maintain my carpets.

The young gentleman doing the work was very professional and pleasant. The use of no harsh chemicals is very important to me. I was a little concerned about the 'crunchy' feel after dry time, but a friend who also used Zerorez said it goes away. So, hoping it does!

I have to say I was blown away after our carpets were cleaned. We haven't had them cleaned in 4 years we've been living in our house with small children and I was really hoping for just a freshen up and to know that they had been cleaned. We have carpet in our dining room and you can imagine with small children it did not look good. I didn't even expect all the MANY stains to actually come out, but they were gone! All of them! Zerorez did a great job! Friendly and efficient. Thank you!
